Multi-Platform News Manager

Northwest Public Broadcasting seeks an experienced journalist and editor to manage its daily multi-media regional news content for radio, television, and digital platforms.  The successful candidate will help build, manage and lead a talented reporting staff in planning, producing and presenting relevant and engaging news and information content across multi-media platforms with a comprehensive vision of public media service to the Pacific Northwest in a style consistent with regional and national public media audiences.  Additionally s/he will be an exceptional communicator, an experienced reporter, news gatherer, and an instinctive collaborator with strong editorial judgment, newsroom management and social media skills,  with a understanding of best practices in public media.
