PRPD Webinar: So You Have a Podcast, Now What?

This webinar is designed to provide public radio stations with a roadmap that goes from idea, to internal pitch, green light production and launch. The webinar will touch on issues that matter to stations of every size, like listener monetization strategies and marketing the work to your existing audience. We’ll do this by drawing on a team with substantial real world experience and focusing on low to no dough strategies that will help you map and avoid the common pitfalls.

This webinar will demonstrate that, when you take the time to plan, get the team organized, communicate and stay focused, real impact can be closer than you think.

Charlotte Cooper, WNYC's Senior Manager, Podcast Membership, and Ashley Lusk, WNYC’s Director of Marketing and Audience Engagement, have worked in every stage of the process. They’ll be sharing what they’ve seen, the lessons learned, the mistakes made and how great success can feel (when you do the work and hit the mark.)

This webinar will be useful for content makers across the skill and experience continuum and is part of PRPD's ongoing commitment to helping public service content makers be successful in this rapidly changing media landscape.
