This year at the 2023 Content Conference, more than four hundred public media professionals from across the globe came together, both in-person and virtually, to be inspired and enlightened by high level presentations, discussions of national importance, professional development, and networking with colleagues. We encourage you to watch these session recordings below - "Let's Win Like The Winners We Are!" features This American Life's Ira Glass sharing examples of innovation and excellence from public radio stations around the country, and from his own show. "Connecting With Latino Audiences" delves into diverse Latino audiences, exploring available data on media habits, and public media's efforts to effectively engage with this influential segment.
Please share this content with anyone else on your staff who you think will benefit from these discussions.

Ira Glass, Host & Executive Producer, This American Life
In Ira’s words: “Audience is down. Membership is down. Revenue is down. So what should we do? Win! I think this is the perfect time to rededicate ourselves to innovation and excellence, to radio that breaks new ground and thrills listeners, and events that activate our audiences. I’ve been collecting examples from public radio stations across the country and I’ll bring them to you, along with examples from our own show, This American Life.”

In an increasingly diverse media landscape, public media must be culturally fluent to effectively reach and engage with Latino audiences, understand key organizational challenges, and engage authentically with the communities they serve. The Latino population, comprising approximately 19% of the total US population, represents a vibrant demographic with roots in many Spanish-speaking cultures. In this enlightening conversation, we will delve into diverse Latino audiences, exploring available data on media habits, and public media's efforts to effectively engage with this influential segment. Join us as we explore strategies for fostering meaningful connections with Latino audiences in our public media landscape.
