Part-time Production Assistant

KPCW is looking for a part-time Production Assistant to work Monday-Friday from 9am to noon at the KPCW studios in Old Town Park City.  The Assistant will help with post-production of the Local News Hour and other KPCW shows, help with scheduling Traffic, and assist with other needs from the program department. 

Responsibilities:

• Post-production of KPCW shows
  • Editing audio of shows in multiple formats
  • Creating website posts for shows
  • Publishing episodes to podcast players
  • Creating social media posts
• Assist Program Director with scheduling on-air Traffic
• Assist program department where needed

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Adobe Audition or other digital audio workstations
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Familiarity with website CMS

Qualities:

• Good computer skills
• Critical thinker
• Audio and copy editing
• Eye for detail
