Station Director

Radio Milwaukee seeks an experienced Station Director to oversee FM broadcast operations. The Station Director is responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operations, programming, production, technical/engineering, content and compliance of Radio Milwaukee’s stations, with a focus on leading long-range product development. The Station Director provides oversight to the organization’s growth and development, serving as the leader in creative positioning, brand enhancement and relationship-building to move towards measurable growth and maximum impact in furtherance of Radio Milwaukee’s mission. The Station Director works with the Executive Director to set and oversee implementation of annual and long-term objectives consistent with the organization’s mission. The Station Director serves as a Senior Leadership Team member and active participant in making decisions regarding Radio Milwaukee’s organizational strategies and drives the organization to new creative territory.
