PRPD Still Accepting Proposals for 2019 Conference Sessions
Think you have a compelling take on how to improve public radio’s content and community service? Are there tough conversations you’re having at the station level that you’d like to navigate with your peers? Please consider this a personal invitation to pitch us riveting sessions that drive the big issues facing public radio forward.
PRPD is seeking proposals for the 2019 Content Conference, August 26-29 in Minneapolis.
Whether a general session or breakout session, each presentation should help your peers improve their operations, reach deeper into the community and provide a more sustainable service. Teams and ideas that have a cross-disciplinary approach will be favored. We’re also looking for sessions that go beyond the “three mics and a powerpoint deck” approach.
We’re looking for proposals that fit into the themes listed below, but if you have strong ideas that don’t fit into these categories, don’t hold back!
- Driving Digital Audience Growth
- “Five Years From Now…” (What public radio must start doing immediately to succeed in the future)
- Leadership
All of the particulars are laid out on the PRPD Conference website.
Submit your idea by March 29!
